Pacifica Business Brokers is proud to announce the sale of Vester Pest Control, a San Diego-based licensed and insured pest management company offering pest control; rodent management; termite inspection, fumigation, and repairs; as well as pathogenic remediation (Vester BioSolutions), sanitizing and disinfection.
Vester Pest Control was acquired for less than $2 million as a platform investment. The new owner will be growing the business throughout Southern California. Under the new ownership, the company is poised to double its sales and EBITDA over the next two years, according to Philip Moore, its new general manager.
